1 small can green chiles
1 7oz can salsa verde
1 med. zuccini chopped (microwave 10 min.)
1 med. green pepper chopped (microwave 10 min.)

Place in buttered 9 x 13" glass pan
Place 8oz sliced Monterrey Jack cheese and 8 oz Mexican blended cheese over it

Beat 5 eggs
Add 3/4 tsp cumin
Add 3/4 cup milk (skim)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup flour

Pour eggs, milk, flour mixture over all
Place 9 x 13 pan into broiler pan of water

Bake at 350 F for 1 hour (uncovered)

Can add some more shredded Mexican blended cheese cheese on top before cooking
